The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruiting, staffing and placement of employees that will most effectively meet the needs of the children and families we serve. This includes our need to further diversify our employee population through outreach efforts and creative recruiting strategies. We also have the responsibility for employee relations, negotiations, union contract administration, and the cost effective administration of workers compensation and employee benefits.
