Pinnacle Internet Viewer
The District has stood up a new Pinnacle Internet Viewer site this year. Certificates, parent login, and parent passwords issued last year WILL NOT work. In order to access the NEW Pinnacle Internet Viewer site for the first time, users must follow the following steps:
1. Install the New Security Certificate:
The first time you access the Pinnacle Internet Viewer you will need to install a security certificate. This is a one time process. Below are the directions for installing the certificate for different browsers.
| Firefox | Internet Explorer XP |
| Internet Explorer Vista | Internet Explorer Windows 7 |
| SAFARI |
*files in .pdf format require the free Adobe Reader. If you do not have you can dowload from: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Note to Parents of Middle School and High School Students:
Grades are recorded in the Pinnacle Gradebook within five school days of the assignment due date or the date that the assessment is given in grades 6 through 12. However, grades may not be recorded within the five-day timeframe under extenuating circumstances such as when an extended writing assignment is given.
Note to District Employees who use Gradebook for their jobs (teachers, principals, etc.) and also have students in the district:
Employees who also have students in the District will have two sets of credentials. Teachers will still use their standard teacher login and password to access their class gradebooks and will be provided a new credential according to the instructions above to access their students information.
Problems Logging In:
If parents have problems accessing the website after following instructions they should contact the office of the building the student attends. The office will verify that household information is correct and work with the technology department to resolve the issue.
