    When kids have a day off of school come and have some fun at LaunchPAD. Join us for some Spooky Science. Students will “ooh” and “aah” over the Halloween related reactions and experiments. Prepare to have fun and get a little messy. Students are required to bring their own lunch. LaunchPAD will provide a morning and afternoon snack.

    The East High School Dance and Cheer Teams are inviting students in grades K-8 for a spooky-themed night of fun! Students in grades
    K-2 and boys are welcome from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Girls in grades 3-8 are welcome from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. All attendees will make crafts, play games, enjoy bouncy houses, have a snack break, and end the night with a movie and popcorn.

    We will be offering basketball for boys in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade again this year. By registering through Future Stars, we will ensure your child is placed on a team with their classmates. Some of these teammates may be familiar faces, however, they will also have the opportunity to meet new teammates that may be attending another one of our North feeder schools.

    Kindergarten – 2nd grade games are played on Sundays at the Arena. The league runs end of December – January.
    We will be utilizing the reversible navy and white Future Stars jerseys again this season (also worn for Future Stars flag football and K-2 basketball last year)
    League Registration & Jersey Fee: $80
    League Registration Only: $60

    North League Games are played at North Middle School on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings. The league runs November – February. 3rd-6th grade players will wear the navy and white Future Stars reversible jerseys and navy shorts. If you have a jersey from a previous season or sibling, this jersey can be worn again this season. 7th-8th grade players will wear the Future Stars sublimated jerseys from last season.
    League Registration & Full Jersey Fee: $80

    Darby’s Dancers provides an opportunity for children with special needs to participate in the performing arts through dance education. Class will be offered at the Arena Dance Academy (main studio) on Sundays at 3:45-4:15pm. Trained instructors and assistants will teach dance fundamentals in a safe, professional, welcoming setting. Students will perform in an annual Winter showcase and Spring Recital. No dance experience necessary. Open to ages 4-18.

    Raising kids can be expensive, and the Child Tax Credit is here to help.

    For many, The IRS has automatically been sending a monthly payment by direct deposit or check. But anyone who is not required to file their taxes, and is eligible for the tax credit payments, needs to fill out a form online if you haven’t already.
