Resignation Information

Any Sioux City Community School District individual wishing to resign from their position must submit a Notice of Resignation Form to the human resources department for Board approval and notify their principal/supervisor. 

The resignation form can be found in the Employee Records portal. Select the square cluster in the top right-hand corner, select records, and then locate the Available Forms folder on the left-hand side of the page.

Employee Checkout Information 

All employees should work with their supervisor/principal to return District material, equipment and keys.  

Insurance and Benefits 

Insurance and benefits for 10-month employees who complete the full school year will continue until August 31, those who resign mid-year will cease benefits at the end of the month in which they end employment. 

Insurance and benefits for 12-month employees will cease benefits at the end of the month in which they end employment.
