Recipients are young African Americans of outstanding promise who demonstrate an interest in public service, community engagement, business entrepreneurship, and global citizenship. As an extension of her academic award, Beaumier will also be provided with leadership training and internship opportunities, as well as the nurturing and mentorship to succeed and flourish in college and beyond.
