The Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee (STFOC) met on Monday, February 24, 2020 in the Educational Service Center Board Room. Copies of the Agenda, Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee Minutes for January 27, 2020 and the financial summary for January of 2020 were available for distribution.

Committee Members Present: Dr. Paul Gausman, Brian Fahrendholz, Suzan Stewart, Dan Lauer, Grant Haight, and John Meyers

Call to Order: Dr. Paul Gausman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Audit of Cash Disbursements

The audit of cash disbursements for January of 2020 was reviewed by Suzan Stewart and found to be in good order.

Financial Summary

The January financial summary was reviewed.

Construction Update: Brian Fahrendholz

  • Brian gave a brief update on the projects in progress.
  • Brian and Matt Basye (FEH Design) provided an update on the Hunt Elementary project, including digital renderings of the building exterior and floor plan.
