Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee Minutes – November 30, 2020

The Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee (STFOC) met on Monday, November30, 2020
in the Educational Service Center Board Room and virtually. Copies of the Agenda, Sales
Tax Finance Oversight Committee Minutes for October 26, 2020 and the October 2020
financial summary were available for distribution.

Committee Members Present: Dr. Paul Gausman, Brian Fahrendholz, Patty Blankenship,
Patty Pageler, Suzan Stewart, John Meyers, Paul Treft, Grant Haight, and William Prescott.

Call to Order: Dr. Paul Gausman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Audit of Cash Disbursements

The October 2020 audit of cash disbursements was reviewed by Grant Haight and found to be in good order.

Financial Summary

The October 2020 financial summary was reviewed. The status of the roofing – hail damage project was discussed. The Administration will follow up with the insurance company on additional insurance proceeds due the District. The District has received insurance proceeds of $1.3 million. Expenditures to date for the project are $1.8 million.
