Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee Minutes – December 20, 2021

The Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee (STFOC) met on Monday, December 20, 2021 in the Educational Service Center Board Room. Copies of the agenda, Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee minutes for September 27, 2021 and the September, October, and November 2021 financial summaries were available for distribution.

Committee Members Present: Dr. Paul Gausman, Patty Blankenship, Patty Pageler, Tim Paul, Doug Batcheller, Grant Haight, Suzan Stewart, and Paul Treft.

Call to Order: Dr. Paul Gausman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Minutes: The September 27, 2021 meeting minutes were approved.

Audit of Cash Disbursements

The following audits of cash disbursements were reviewed and found to be in good order:

  • September and October 2021 – Dan Lauer
  • November 2021 – Grant Haight

Financial Summary

The September, October, and November 2021 financial summaries were reviewed.

Construction Update: Tim Paul

  • Briefly reviewed the projects in progress.
  • Briefly reviewed the upcoming projects for FY23.

The next meeting of the Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee will be Monday, March 28, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. in the Educational Service Center Board Room.
