Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee Minutes – September 27, 2021

The Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee (STFOC) met on Monday, September 27, 2021 in the Educational Service Center Board Room and virtually. Copies of the agenda, Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee minutes for May 24, 2021 and the May, June, July, and August 2021 financial summaries were available for distribution.

Committee Members Present: Dr. Paul Gausman, Patty Blankenship, Patty Pageler, Tim Paul, Doug Batcheller, Dan Lauer, Grant Haight, and Suzan Stewart.

Call to Order: Dr. Paul Gausman called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m

Minutes: The May 24, 2021 meeting minutes were approved.

Audit of Cash Disbursements

  • The following audits of cash disbursements were reviewed and found to be in good order:
  • May and June 2021 – Suzan Stewart
  • July 2021 – Dan Lauer
  • August 2021 – Grant Haight

Financial Summary

The May, June, July, and August 2021 financial summaries were reviewed.

Construction Update: Tim Paul

  • Briefly reviewed the projects in progress.
  • Briefly reviewed the upcoming projects.

The next meeting of the Sales Tax Finance Oversight Committee will be Monday, December 20, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. in the Educational Service Center Board Room.
