Sioux City, Iowa -- The Board of Directors for the Sioux City Community School District is seeking interested parents, community members, and local leaders to join its new School Building Advisory Committee.
The committee will be responsible for identifying issues facing the District’s school buildings and recommending solutions to the Board of Directors. The committee will also be instrumental in the District’s master facilities planning process. Each committee position is a three-year term. Members will be selected by the District’s Board of Directors.
Interested individuals must apply by Friday, June 5 at 5 pm. The application is available on the District website.
