So many Eagle families came out to enjoy and walk in a wonderful Homecoming Parade evening this week! Tomorrow, we're ready for the big game!

Using circle engagement structures to model, practice and collaborate around multiplication strategies in 5th Grade.

Eagles -- it appears our location to start the parade walk has remained the same. We are sharing the new image from EHS that is said to have a few updates for various groups. See you at 6:00 today in the library parking lot. Be sure you are walking with an adult. Thank you.

Our focus remains intent upon engaging our Eagles in many opportunities across their day. Our teachers intentionally build in ways that help develop students' awareness of self and others through Zones of Regulation--Spot of Emotion--& Character Strong lessons, take time for students to connect with one another in caring ways, and provide differentiated options for learning so that students can create and develop a love of learning daily.

To join fellow Eagles and walk in the parade, park in a safe side street area and find our group lining up in the Morningside Library Parking lot. Line up begins at 6:00 p.m.
The parade will begin at 6:30 and all participants will walk down Morningside Ave., turn onto Peters Ave and end the parade when they reach Olsen Stadium at the intersection of Peters and Paxton.
You then walk back on your own to return to your vehicles.

It's been a SOARing week here at Morningside STEM. Our teachers and students are already well on their way learning together in whole and small group collaborations each day!

Morningside Eagles -- It's time for our May Hall of Fame announcement.

Thank you to all of our families that made it out to the Carnival yesterday. A special thank you to our PTA for putting on the event.

Congratulations to our retiring staff members. They were recognized last night at the district retirement party. This is a highly dedicated group of individuals that will be greatly missed.
