On Saturday, the North High girls basketball team played their final game of the season, advancing all the way to the sub-state round. This team battled hard all year, never gave up, and continued to make strides with every game. We are so proud of the growth, grit, and determination they showed all season long. The team performed their 2025–2026 routines one last time, including their kick routine that earned 5th place at Nationals, the highest in program history! 🌟 The night also marked the final performances of our amazing seniors. Mrs. Miller’s ProStart students spent the day advocating for Career & Technical Education at CTE Day at the Capitol. Students had the opportunity to share firsthand how impactful CTE programs are in today’s classrooms and provided real evidence of how ProStart has prepared them for leadership, career readiness, and success beyond high school. Travis Sitzmann We are so proud of the way our students represented ProStart and demonstrated the power of hands-on learning!

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year, Molly Boatman! This incredible educator truly epitomizes what it means to be a STAR. Her leadership and dedication shine through her work on the Building Leadership Team, the Social Committee, and as a leader in the SPED department. She goes above and beyond every day to make NHS a better place for students and staff. Beloved by her students, she works tirelessly to help them succeed both in and out of the classroom. She is also a mentor and guiding light for new teachers, helping them find the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive. Her passion, compassion, and commitment make a lasting impact on our school community. We are proud, grateful, and so fortunate to have her as part of NHS.

We celebrated our Fine Art activities in assemblies this week. The assemblies featured Orchestra, Jazz Choir, Jazz Band, Speech, sneak peak of Musical, Dance Team. Phenomenal performances! Make sure you find a chance to see these groups! Check our website for performance dates!
