All State Individual Speech Festival Selections

Sioux City, Iowa – Three East High School students have been selected to participate in the Iowa High School Speech Association All State Individual Events Festival on Monday, March 25 at the University of Northern Iowa.

Noah Elder (After Dinner Speaking), Nolin Moreno (Radio Broadcasting), and Mackenzie Crawford (Solo Musical Theater) are three of only a small group of students selected statewide for the annual all state festival. The students were among several East High School students who excelled at the State Individual Speech Contest in Carroll, Iowa, in early March.

Sixteen students received an overall 1 rating, the highest score possible, in their respective categories. The students include:
