Nichole Zoeller (Title 1 Reading / PBIS Coach | Irving Dual Language Elementary School)
“Nichole not only takes on the responsibilities of her title position by rigor-honing in on the individual strengths of each student and targeting academic areas to strengthen literacy success, but she also takes on the task of a PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) coach in the building. In this role, she manages behavior data and solutions to support each student as well as organizing a student leadership group, PBIS celebrations, materials needed for the celebrations, social and emotional awareness, and much more. She is a leader and team player in the building. Nichole’s titles often require work time out of contract hours which she does out of the sincere desire to provide students and staff the best possible support. Thank you, Nichole, for all you do.”
