The Siouxland Community Health Center Child Health Program provides Well-Child screening examinations and immunizations to qualifying families with children from birth to 21 years of age.

WIC Program (712) 279-6636 Women, Infants, and Children: Provides nutritious food to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals for health care for women who are pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding, and children to age 5.
Immunizations: Infant and school age, COVID, immunizations for travel
HOPES: Home Visiting Program that begins during pregnancy or at the birth of a child and can continue for up to 5 years
Hawki Health Insurance for Kids: Outreach program
iSMILE: Oral Health Services for children 0-21 years old who are uninsured, or on Medicaid and Hawki
Care for Kids: Help understand Medicaid benefits and finding medical and dental providers for children 0-21 years of age
Laboratory Services: Water analysis, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, lead testing
Home health nursing: For individuals to be able to remain independent in their own home
Breast and Cervical Cancer Screenings: For women 21-64 years of age
Environmental Health: Healthy home and radon, lead poisoning prevention, septic systems, private water wells, water sample collection and testing
