Course Description

Chemical aspects of matter and energy are studied through discussion and laboratory experiments. Laboratory observations and measurements lead to the development of chemical principles. Some descriptive and historical chemistry is included. A core science course in Chemistry is recommended by many colleges and universities as one of the lab courses students should take in their high school careers.
