The main objective of this core world language course is to develop the student’s skills in listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing. Emphasis is placed on learning vocabulary and structure. Students use Spanish orally through group work and in reading and writing. Various forms of media and technology are used to expose students to native speakers and the culture of the Spanish-speaking world.
