The purpose of the SCCSD Employee Wellness Program is to improve the health and well-being of our staff members through general health incentives, Rally Health, and much more. The goal of the Employee Wellness Program is to encourage our employees to manage their health, boost employee morale and motivation, and improve quality of life.
EAP services are available to employees and their dependents who are covered by the District’s Health Plan. Services include 24/7 unlimited, confidential, and professional services to help find solutions for health concerns, personal and family issues, along with work challenges that you may be facing. This service gives you a wide range of health and well-being information through a toll-free telephone number at no cost to you.
